Financial Terms:
Orders received with credit references will be shipped upon credit approval with payment due 30 days from shipment date. Invoice will include shipping charges and merchandise charges up to twenty percent (20%). Late charges of 10% will be assessed on accounts 60 days past due. Nonpayment of accounts may result in legal and/or collection fees. Responsible party agrees to pay all such fees. Orders without credit references will be shipped COD with full payment for shipping and merchandise due on delivery.
